Every woman deserves to be lifted.
An initiative of WorldFire Africa serving women and children living in slums.
WHO WE ARE
Lifted together.
Lifted Women is an initiative of WorldFire Africa serving women and children living in slums. WorldFire Africa is based in Jinja, Uganda, and trains, equips, preaches, teaches, and runs compassion and humanitarian outreaches, all to bring people into a personal encounter with Jesus. Lifted Women carries that mission to women who are too often overlooked, helping them practically and spiritually and pointing them to the One who lifts their head.
WHAT WE DO
Food
Meeting urgent needs with food for women and their children, so no family faces hunger alone.
Job Skills
Training women in practical skills that open doors to work, income, and a more stable future.
Discipleship
Walking with women in the Word and in prayer, so they come to know Jesus and grow in Him.
