WHAT WE DO:
“Mission” and “Evangelism” express the outward impulse of Christianity. The gospel of Jesus Christ, by its very nature, refuses to be bottled up. It must be shared. While methods and strategies will vary, the timeless call of God to his people to bring his saving message to a lost and dying world does not vary. We must press on in its vital mission of bringing the mercy of God to the world, the most crucial aspect of which is bringing the greatest news the world has ever known, the gospel of Christ, to the ends of the earth—for the joy of the church, the salvation of the nations, and the glory of God!

WHAT WE DO:
Throughout His ministry, Jesus actively sought out individuals to equip - so they could equip others. The command He gave at the end of his earthly life still holds true for His disciples today: to "make disciples" (Matt. 28:18-20). In creating an environment for pastors and leaders to get equipped, we are fulfilling the scripture and equipping saints for the work of service (Ephesians 4:12). By following Jesus' example, we will develop mature, multiplying disciples. As we focus our ministry on this process, not only will the churches grow, but pastors & leaders will grow as well.

Compassion & Action
WHAT WE DO:
The meaning of compassion is to recognize the suffering of others, then take action to help. We are to be a voice to the voiceless … defending the rights of the poor and needy" (Prov. 31:8-9). We do this by taking action instead of just talking about helping others: "Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth" (1 John 3:18). When we help the least of them, it is as if we are doing it unto Jesus. That is why it is so important to help those less fortunate, the poor, the orphans, the widows, those underprivileged, under resourced, hurting and dying. We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, reaching all of them.
